OWNER AND BPCA EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER
Karolien van der Vorm is the Director of 360 Wildlife Control and has devoted her career to sustainable wildlife and game management. With roots in a farming background, she became a qualified professional hunter in the Netherlands in 1999. Since then, she has gained extensive experience across various wildlife management organisations before founding 360 Wildlife Control in 2022.
Through her consultancy, Karolien provides comprehensive countryside and pest control services to estates and landowners throughout the UK. Her work spans a wide range of activities, including the control of deer, rabbits, and foxes, as well as overseeing business operations, finance, and regulatory compliance. In addition to her direct services, she collaborates closely with other pest control companies, offering specialist wildlife expertise and contributing to professional training networks such as BASC, BDS, BPCA, NGO and Shooting & Hunting Academy.
Karolien is a BPCA Wildwise committe member and also serves on the Executive Board of the British Pest Control Association (BPCA), where she advocates for professionalism, high standards in fieldcraft and training, and the continued integration of wildlife management within the broader pest control industry.
